Yüksel Görmez is executive director of Financial Innovation Department. He holds PhD from City University with a thesis on e-money in 2000 and had research scholarship from Bank of Finland same year. He was representative in Tokyo and Beijing from 2010 to 2014. He has written four books on China and Japan.
